Outside Sales & Service
KPM has a dedicated team of Territory Managers as well as a team of remote service technicians. Some problems cannot be handled through phone or email. When your problem requires an in person solution, KPM will be there to help you in person, shoulder to shoulder.
Order accuracy
We boast a 99.7% accuracy rate. KPM uses the power of voice direction and recognition to direct pickers to locations, instruct the pick itself, and then verify its correctness at time of shipment. Our QC process uses scanning guns to verify all the quantities and items shipped, reducing our error rate on shipments to nearly zero.

The mission of KPM Express is to deliver products cost-effectively while offering a consistently higher level of service than third-party carriers. What began with a single driver, truck, and trailer has grown into a fleet that now serves over 70% of our dealer locations. This initiative reflects our ongoing investment in improving delivery speed, reliability, and overall service quality for our dealer network.
