When a KPM customer notifies us that a part is needed on an expedited basis, KPM has several additional options to find the best way to expedite your parts order. We do this to some degree for a customer(s) every day. We treat your problem, as our problem.
Service Expertise
If your business is stuck trying to diagnose a problem, we are available by phone, text and e-mail to assist you with the solution. We have strong, direct connections to each of our factories, to ensure we provide the most specific and complete information.
